REDUCE HVAC COSTS, TIME, LABOR

Advansys

Advansys is the new warewashing system from Hobart. The system uses the latest technology and unique innovations to save operators time, money and labor. The first product available from the Advansys line is the Advansys ventless door type, the first of its kind to feature energy recovery. The machine uses only 0.74 gallons of water per rack and forgoes a vent hood and fan, reducing HVAC costs. Its energy recovery condensing cycle captures steam from the wash cycle and condenses it to heat cold water. This preheated water requires less energy to reach the desired temperature, saving money. An indicator light alerts the operator to the end of each 30-second condensing cycle, signaling that the machine can be unloaded.
